Failed to exchange AA seals

I had a lot of AA seals and i went to priest to exchange and then i saw -2billlin AA ( but with a minus )it failed to exchange and i lost all of the seals and got no AA. Please help me with that. i did not make a picture

in Interlude you can have max 2,147kkk of any currency. all that more of that is erased.

that's why every character have skills to convert adena to silver and the opposite

tell me the exact time and date when you made the exchange (by Kyiv time), I check the logs
