Stage 13 Crystals

Dear Administration,

I ve got this problem, where I killed 10 times Ember last 15 days with no Stage 13 Crystals output. I have 9 Crystals to all Party Stage 12 with Quests ready but no crystals upgraded which is less than 1% so far since Ember is the only Open Field Raid that can upgrade 1-9 random number of crystals from Stage 12 ->13. But it has a limit of at least 1 per try (10%) Guaranteed.
Also in addition 550 times of Rift Hero trying to find and fight Anakazel with no luck. This instance can be hulted by joining with other teams of 2 close down rooms make possible only to hit Raid Room if you have 8 other parties of 2 seal (fight) other rooms. Please make it possible to actually make Stage 13 crystals by doing those raids properly!

Here is the config for Ember for the server x7

The chance is 40% for all party members. I guess you have more then one soul crystal in the inventory or no quest at some character.

Thanks for the answer, although I ve checked thourully Crystals and Quests for the last hit group. I use only 1x 9 man group.
Or else maybe I am too unlucky! I will continue monitoring and killing the boss, I will post again if anything or nothing changes in the next few days!

P.S. I get the message Crystal is failed to absorb soul at this time. So I have 9/9 fails. If more than 1 Soul Crystal in inventory you get no message at all!
Did this on Tyranossaurus (Primeval Isle for Stage 11/12 upgrade).
