Oh man im trolling, i dont know what she doin.
What i can say is this.
2 Chances: Either sleeping and wanking off and didnt see the servers are down
OR
There is a major hacking event and they cant go back online or reach server ( files lost, cant communicate etc)

Down reasons are being clarified

Probably server's RAM was out. We are reaching out about adding more RAM.

Base rates exp and sp increased to 1.5 and Adena rates to 1.0 until Wednesday restart.
