 walker give me error 2210941 time in a day

Most likely will be your OS, try re-registering the application .exe to run it as administrator, also these bots use %temp% as a base for storing temporary data, might want to add %temp% to your windows/antivirus exception list.

Also try to clean your %temp% as well, Win key + R, type %temp% + Enter, and delete all files and folders there before trying the next solution. Warning some files and folders you might not be able to delete (unless you enter windows in safe mode) so just skip those.

And if any of these solutions don't work I would suggest trying to reinstall your OS, there might be a problem somewhere. Reinstall would be a time saver instead of trying to find the problem, and even if you do find it you might not be able to fix it, except by reinstall of OS.

I see that you have windows 10, but I mean that many people say that it works more stable on Windows XP
